قال الله تعالى: "كلا لا وزر"، لا حصن ولا حرز ولا ملجأ. وقال السدي: لا جبل وكانوا إذا فزعوا لجؤوا إلى الجبل فتحصنوا به. فقال الله تعالى: لا جبل يومئذ يمنعهم.
