وقوله : ( إنما يأمركم بالسوء والفحشاء وأن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون ) أي : إنما يأمركم عدوكم الشيطان بالأفعال السيئة ، وأغلظ منها الفاحشة كالزنا ونحوه ، وأغلظ من ذلك وهو القول على الله بلا علم ، فيدخل في هذا كل كافر وكل مبتدع أيضا .
