وقوله : ( ولئن قتلتم في سبيل الله أو متم لمغفرة من الله ورحمة خير مما يجمعون ) تضمن هذا أن القتل في سبيل الله ، والموت أيضا ، وسيلة إلى نيل رحمة الله وعفوه ورضوانه ، وذلك خير من البقاء في الدنيا وجمع حطامها الفاني .
