وقوله "أولئك" أي المستحسنون له فيما وعدهم ومناهم ( مأواهم جهنم ) أي : مصيرهم ومآلهم يوم حسابهم ( ولا يجدون عنها محيصا ) أي : ليس لهم عنها مندوحة ولا مصرف ، ولا خلاص ولا مناص .
ثم ذكر حال السعداء الأتقياء وما لهم في مآلهم من الكرامة التامة ، فقال :
