ثم أنذر تعالى بني آدم بأنه سيبعث إليهم رسلا يقصون عليهم آياته ، وبشر وحذر فقال : ( فمن اتقى وأصلح ) أي : ترك المحرمات وفعل الطاعات ( فلا خوف عليهم ولا هم يحزنون)
