وقوله : ( وطبع على قلوبهم ) أي : بسبب نكولهم عن الجهاد والخروج مع الرسول في سبيل الله ، ( فهم لا يفقهون ) أي : لا يفهمون ما فيه صلاح لهم فيفعلوه ، ولا ما فيه مضرة لهم فيجتنبوه .
