ثم قال تعالى : ( فإن لم يستجيبوا لكم ) أي : فإن لم يأتوا بمعارضة ما دعوتموهم إليه ، فاعلموا أنهم عاجزون عن ذلك ، وأن هذا الكلام منزل من عند الله ، متضمن علمه وأمره ونهيه ، ( وأن لا إله إلا هو فهل أنتم مسلمون ) .
