ثم أخبر تعالى أنه لم يهلك قرية إلا وهي ظالمة [ لنفسها ] ولم يأت قرية مصلحة بأسه وعذابه قط حتى يكونوا هم الظالمين ، كما قال تعالى : ( وما ظلمناهم ولكن ظلموا أنفسهم ) [ هود : 101 ] ، وقال ( وما ربك بظلام للعبيد ) [ فصلت : 46 ] .
