17:86 - Al-Isra

Verse 86

وَلَئِن شِئۡنَا لَنَذۡهَبَنَّ بِٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ بِهِۦ عَلَيۡنَا وَكِيلًا ٨٦

If We willed, We could have certainly taken away what We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺—then you would find none to guarantee its return from Us—
18:24 - Al-Kahf

Verse 24

إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَٱذۡكُر رَّبَّكَ إِذَا نَسِيتَ وَقُلۡ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَهۡدِيَنِ رَبِّي لِأَقۡرَبَ مِنۡ هَٰذَا رَشَدٗا ٢٤

without adding, “if Allah so wills!” But if you forget, then remember your Lord, and say, “I trust my Lord will guide me to what is more right than this.”
87:7 - Al-A'la

Verse 7

إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ ٧

unless Allah wills otherwise.1 He surely knows what is open and what is hidden.
87:6 - Al-A'la

Verse 6

سَنُقۡرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰٓ ٦

We will have you recite ˹the Quran, O  Prophet,˺ so you will not forget ˹any of it˺,

Database Structure

The QUL exports ayah topics data as a SQLite database with the following structure:

  • topic_id: Unique identifier for the topic
  • topic_name: The English name of the topic
  • arabic_name: The Arabic name or transliteration of the topic (if available)
  • verse_key: The verse identifier in format "chapter:verse" (e.g., "2:255")
  • is_ontology: Boolean indicating if this is an ontology topic
  • is_thematic: Boolean indicating if this is a thematic topic
  • parent_topic_id: ID of the parent topic (for hierarchical organization)
  • description: Detailed description of what the topic encompasses
