قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى (عالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهادَةِ) أَيْ مَا غَابَ وَحَضَرَ. وَهُوَ (الْعَزِيزُ) أَيِ الْغَالِبُ الْقَاهِرُ. فَهُوَ مِنْ صِفَاتِ الْأَفْعَالِ، وَمِنْهُ قَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ [[راجع ج ١٥ ص (٢٣٢)]] [الجاثية: ٢] أَيْ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْقَاهِرِ الْمُحْكِمِ خَالِقِ الْأَشْيَاءِ. وَقَالَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ: وَقَدْ يَكُونُ بِمَعْنَى نَفَاسَةِ الْقَدْرِ، يُقَالُ مِنْهُ: عَزَّ يَعِزُّ (بِكَسْرِ الْعَيْنِ) فَيَتَنَاوَلُ مَعْنَى الْعَزِيزِ عَلَى هَذَا أَنَّهُ لَا يُعَادِلُهُ شي وَأَنَّهُ لَا مِثْلَ لَهُ. وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ.
(الْحَكِيمُ) فِي تَدْبِيرِ خَلْقِهِ. وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْأَنْبَارِيِّ: الْحَكِيمُ هُوَ الْمُحْكِمُ لِخَلْقِ الْأَشْيَاءِ، صُرِفَ عَنْ مُفْعِلٍ إِلَى فَعِيلٍ، وَمِنْهُ قَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: الر تِلْكَ آياتُ الْكِتابِ الْحَكِيمِ [[راجع ج ٨ ص ٣٠٥]] [يونس: ١] مَعْنَاهُ الْمُحْكَمُ، فَصُرِفَ عَنْ مُفْعَلٍ إِلَى فَعِيلٍ. والله اعلم.

Tafsir text may include <html> tags for formatting such as <b>,
<i>, etc.

Tafsir content may span multiple ayahs. QUL exports both the tafsir text and the ayahs it applies to.
