قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّآ أُرۡسِلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمٖ مُّجۡرِمِينَ ٣٢
{ قَالُوا إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمٍ مُجْرِمِينَ } وهم قوم لوط، قد أجرموا ، أشركوا بالله، وكذبوا رسولهم، وأتوا الفاحشة الشنعاء التي ما سبقهم إليها أحد من العالمين.
