آیت 5{ لَہٗ مُلْکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ } ”آسمانوں اور زمین کی بادشاہی اسی کی ہے۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ کی ”بادشاہی“ کے بارے میں تکرار و تاکید کا خصوصی اسلوب ملاحظہ ہو۔ آیت 2 کے ہوبہو الفاظ یہاں پھر دہرائے گئے ہیں۔ اس مضمون کے حوالے سے یہ نکتہ بھی سمجھنے کا ہے کہ جس طرح اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی اور معبود نہیں اسی طرح اس کے علاوہ کوئی اور حاکم و مقتدر بھی نہیں۔ چناچہ جس طرح اللہ کو اکیلے معبود کے طور پر ماننا ضروری ہے ‘ اسی طرح توحید کا تقاضا یہ بھی ہے کہ اللہ کی زمین پر صرف اسی کی بادشاہی قائم ہو اور اس کے تمام احکام عملاً نافذ ہوں۔ { وَاِلَی اللّٰہِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ۔ } ”اور تمام معاملات اسی کی طرف لوٹا دیے جائیں گے۔
