آیت 5{ ذٰلِکَ اَمْرُ اللّٰہِ اَنْزَلَـہٗٓ اِلَـیْکُمْ } ”یہ اللہ کا حکم ہے جو اس نے نازل کردیا ہے تمہاری طرف۔“ یعنی اس حکم کے ذریعے اللہ تعالیٰ نے ذمہ داری لے لی ہے کہ میرے بندوں میں سے جو کوئی میرا تقویٰ اختیار کرے گا میں اس کے معاملات میں ضرور آسانیاں پیدا فرمائوں گا۔ { وَمَنْ یَّـتَّقِ اللّٰہَ یُـکَفِّرْ عَنْہُ سَیِّاٰتِہٖ } ”اور جو اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرے گا وہ اس کی برائیوں کو اس سے دور فرما دے گا“ اس حکم کا تعلق خصوصی طور پر آخرت سے ہے۔ یعنی اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرنے والے شخص کے دنیوی معاملات میں بھی آسانیاں پیدا کردی جائیں گی اور آخرت کے احتساب کے حوالے سے بھی اس کے نامہ اعمال کو گناہوں سے پاک کردیا جائے گا۔ { وَیُعْظِمْ لَـہٗٓ اَجْرًا۔ } ”اور اسے بہت بڑا اجرو ثواب عطا کرے گا۔“
