آیت 7{ لِیُنْفِقْ ذُوْ سَعَۃٍ مِّنْ سَعَتِہٖ } ”چاہیے کہ خرچ کرے وسعت والا اپنی وسعت کے مطابق۔“ { وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَیْہِ رِزْقُہٗ فَلْیُنْفِقْ مِمَّـآ اٰتٰـٹہُ اللّٰہُ } ”اور جس پر اس کا رزق تنگ کردیا گیا ہے وہ خرچ کرے اس میں سے جو اللہ نے اس کو دیا ہے۔“ { لَا یُـکَلِّفُ اللّٰہُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا مَـآ اٰتٰٹہَاط } ”اللہ کسی جان کو ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہراتا مگر اسی قدر جو اس نے اسے دے رکھا ہے۔“ یعنی عدت کے دوران مطلقہ کی رہائش ‘ حمل کے دوران اس کا نان نفقہ ‘ رضاعت کی اجرت وغیرہ کے معیار کا انحصار مرد کی مالی حیثیت کے مطابق ہونا چاہیے۔ اگر کشادگی ہے تو مطلقہ پر بھی اسے اسی انداز سے خرچ کرنا چاہیے اور اگر تنگ دستی کی کیفیت ہے تو ظاہر ہے وہ اسی حد تک مکلف ہے جس حد تک اس کی استطاعت ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ہر کسی کے حالات سے باخبر ہے۔ { سَیَجْعَلُ اللّٰہُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ یُّسْرًا۔ } ”عنقریب اللہ تنگی کے بعد آسانی بھی پیدا کر دے گا۔“
