62:3

وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٣

اور (اس رسُول کی بعثت) اُن دوسرے لوگوں کے لیے بھی ہے جو ابھی اُن سے نہیں ملے ہیں۔¹

[1] یعنی محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم کی رسالت صرف عرب قوم تک محدود نہیں ہے بلکہ دنیا بھر کی ان دوسری قوموں اور نسلوں کے لیے بھی ہے جو ابھی آ کر اہل ایمان میں شامل نہیں ہوئی ہیں مگر آگے قیامت تک آنے والی ہیں۔ اصل الفاظ ہیں وَاٰخَرِیْنَ مِنْہُمْ لَمَّا یَلْحَقُوْا بِہِمْ۔ ’’ دوسرے لوگ ان میں سے جو ابھی ان سے نہیں ملے ہیں ‘‘ اس میں لفظ منہم (ان میں سے ) کے دو مطلب ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ وہ دوسرے لوگ امیوں میں سے ، یعنی دنیا کی غیر اسرائیلی قوموں میں سے ہوں گے۔ دوسرے یہ کہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم کو ماننے والے ہونگے جو ابھی اہل ایمان میں شامل نہیں ہوئے ہیں مگر بعد میں آ کر شامل ہو جائیں گے۔ اس طرح یہ آیت منجملہ ان آیات کے ہے جن میں تصریح کی گئی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم کی بعثت تمام نوع انسانی کی طرف ہے اور ابد تک کے لیے ہے۔ قرآن مجید کے دوسرے مقامات جہاں اس مضمون کی صراحت کی گئی ہے ، حسب ذیل ہیں: الانعام، آیت 19۔ الاعراف، 158۔ الانبیاء، 107۔ الفرقان، 1۔ سبا، 28 (مزید تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن، جلد چہارم، تفسیر سورہ سبا، حاشیہ 47)۔

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
