64:16

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا ٱسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ وَٱسۡمَعُواْ وَأَطِيعُواْ وَأَنفِقُواْ خَيۡرٗا لِّأَنفُسِكُمۡۗ وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ ١٦

لہٰذا جہاں تک تمہارے بس میں ہو اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو،¹ اور سنو اور اطاعت کرو، اوراپنے مال خرچ کرو، یہ تمہارے ہی لیے بہتر ہے۔ جو اپنے دل کی تنگی سے محفوظ رہ گئے بس وہی فلاح پانے والے ہیں۔²

[2] قرآن مجید میں ایک جگہ فرمایا گیا ہے : اِتَّقُو ا اللہَ حَقَّ تُقٰتِہٖ، ’’ اللہ سے ایسا ڈرو جیسا اس سے ڈرنے کا حق ہے ‘‘ (آل اعمران 102)۔ دوسری جگہ فرمایا لَا یُکَلِّفُ اللہُ نَفْساً اِلَّا وُسْعَھَا، ’’ اللہ کسی متنفس کو اس کی استطاعت سے زیادہ کا مکلف قرار نہیں دیتا ‘‘ (البقرہ۔ 286)۔ اور یہاں فرمایا جا رہا ہے کہ ’’جہاں تک تمہارے جس میں ہو اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو‘‘۔ ان تینوں آیتوں کو ملا کر غور کیجیے تو معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ پہلی آیت وہ معیار ہمارے سامنے رکھ دیتی ہے جس تک پہنچنے کی ہر مومن کو کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔ دوسری آیت یہ اصولی بات ہمیں بتاتی ہے کہ کسی شخص سے بھی اس کی استطاعت سے زیادہ کام کرنے کا مطالبہ نہیں کیا گیا ہے ، بلکہ اللہ کے دین میں آدمی بس اتنے ہی کا مکلف ہے جس کی وہ مقدرت رکھتا ہو۔ اور یہ آیت ہر مومن کو ہدایت کرتی ہے کہ وہ اپنی حد تک تقویٰ کی کوشش میں کوئی کسر نہ اٹھا رکھے۔ جہاں تک بھی اس کے لیے ممکن ہو اسے اللہ تعالیٰ کے احکام بجا لانے چاہییں اور اس کی نا فرمانی سے بچنا چاہیے۔ اس معاملہ میں اگر وہ خود تساہل سے کام لے گا تو مواخذہ سے نہ بچ سکے گا۔ البتہ جو چیز اس کی مقدرت سے باہر ہو گی (اور اس کا فیصلہ اللہ ہی بہتر کر سکتا ہے کہ کیا چیز کس کی مقدرت سے واقعی باہر تھی) اس کے معاملہ میں اس سے باز پرس نہ کی جائے گی۔

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
