79:24

فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ ٢٤

میں تمہارا سب سے بڑا ربّ ہوں“¹

[1] فرعون کا یہ دعویٰ کئی مقامات پر قرآن مجید میں بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ ایک موقع پر اس نے حضرت موسیٰ سے کہا کہ”اگر تم نے میرے سوا کسی اور کو خدا بنا یا تو میں تمہیں قید کر دوں گا“(الشعراء، آیت29)۔ ایک اور موقع پر اس نے اپنے دربار میں لوگوں کو خطاب کرکے کہا” اے سردار انِ قوم ، میں نہیں جانتا کہ میرے سوا تمہارا کوئی اور خدا بھی ہے“(القصص،آیت38)۔ ان ساری باتوں سے فرعون کا یہ مطلب نہ تھا، اور نہیں ہو سکتا تھا کہ وہی کائنات کا خالق ہے اور اسی نے یہ دنیا پیدا کی ہے۔ یہ مطلب بھی نہ تھا کہ وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی ہستی کا منکر اور خود رب العالمین ہونے کا مدعی تھا۔ یہ مطلب بھی نہ تھا کہ وہ صرف اپنے آپ ہی کو مذہبی معنوں میں لوگوں کا معبود قرار دیتا تھا۔قرآن مجید ہی میں اِس بات کی شہادت موجود ہے کہ جہاں تک مذہب کا تعلق ہے وہ خٔد دوسرے معبُودوں کی پرستش کرتا تھا، چنانچہ اس کے اہلِ دربار ایک موقع پر اس کو مخاطب کر کے کہتے ہیں کہ ”کیا آپ موسیٰ اور اس کی قوم کو یہ آزادی دیتے چلے جائیں گے کہ وہ ملک میں فساد پھیلائیں اور آپ کو اور آپ کے معبودوں کو چھوڑ دیں“؟(الاعراف، آیت127)۔ اور قرآن میں فرعون کا یہ قول بھی نقل کیا گیا ہے کہ اگر موسیٰ خدا کا بھیجا ہوا ہوتا تو کیوں نہ اس پر سونے کے کنگن اتارے گئے؟ یا اس کے ساتھ ملائکہ اس کی اردلی میں کیوں نہ آئے؟(الزخرف،آیت53)۔ پس درحقیقت وہ مذہبی معنی میں میں بلکہ سیاسی معنی میں اپنے آپ کو الٰہ اور ربِّ اعلیٰ کہتا تھا، یعنی اس کا مطلب یہ تھا کہ اقتدارِ اعلیٰ کا مالک میں ہوں، میرے سوا کسی کو میری مملکت میں حکم چلانے کا حق نہیں ہے، اور میرے اوپر کوئی بالا تر طاقت نہیں ہے جس کا فرمان یہاں جاری ہو سکتا ہو(مزید تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو ،تفہیم القرآن،جلد دوم، الاعراف، حاشیہ85۔جلد سوم،طٰہٰ، حاشیہ21۔الشعراء، حواشی2۶،24۔القصص، حواشی52۔53۔جلد چہارم،الزخرف، حاشیہ49)۔

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
