80:10

فَأَنتَ عَنۡهُ تَلَهَّىٰ ١٠

اس سے تم بے رُخی برتتے ہو۔¹

[1] یہی ہے وہ اصل نکتہ جسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تبلیغ دین کے معاملہ میں اِس موقع پر نظر انداز کر دیا تھا، اور اسی کو سمجھانے کے لیے اللہ تعالیٰ نے پہلے ابن امّ مکتوم ؓ کے ساتھ آپ کے طرزِ عمل پر گرفت فرمائی، پھر آپ کو بتایا کہ داعیِ حق کی نگاہ میں حقیقی اہمیت کس چیز کی ہونی چاہیے اور کس کی نہ ہونی چاہیے۔ ایک وہ شخص ہے جس کی ظاہری حالت صاف بتا رہی ہے کہ وہ طالب ِ حق ہے، اِس بات سے ڈر رہا ہے کہ کہیں وہ باطل کی پیروی کرکے خدا کے غضب میں مبتلا نہ ہو جائے، اس لیے وہ راہ راست کا علم حاصل کرنے کی خاطر خود چل کر آتا ہے ۔ دوسرا وہ شخص ہے جس کا رویّہ صریحاً یہ ظاہرکر رہا ہے کہ اس میں حق کی کوئی طلب نہیں پائی جاتی، بلکہ وہ اپنے آپ کو اس سے بے نیاز سمجھتا ہے کہ اُسے راہ راست بتائی جائے۔ اِن دونوں قسم کے آدمیوں کے درمیان دیکھنے کی چیز یہ نہیں ہے کہ کون ایمان لے آئے تو دین کے لیے مفید ہو سکتا ہے اور کس کا ایمان لانا دین کے فروغ میں کچھ زیادہ مفید نہیں ہو سکتا۔ بلکہ دیکھنا یہ چاہیے کہ کون ہدایت کو قبول کر کے سُدھرنے کے لیے تیار ہے اور کون اِس متاعِ گراں ما یہ کا سرے سے قدر دان ہی نہیں ہے۔ پہلی قسم کا آدمی، خواہ اندھا ہو، لنگڑا ہو ، لُولا ہو، فقیر بے نوا ہو، بظاہر دین کے فروغ میں کوئی بڑی خدمت انجام دینے کے قابل نظر نہ آتا ہو، بہر حال داعی حق کے لیے وہی قیمتی آدمی ہے، اُسی کی طرف اُسے توجہ کرنی چاہیے، کیونکہ اِس دعوت کا اصل مقصد بندگانِ خدا کی اصلاح ہے، اور اُس شخص کا حال یہ بتا رہا ہے کہ اُسے نصیحت کی جائے گی تو وہ اصلاح قبول کر لے گا۔ رہا دوسری قسم کا آدمی، تو خواہ وہ معاشرے میں کتنا ہی با اثر ہو، اُس کے پیچھے پڑنے کی داعی حق کو کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ کیونکہ اس کی روش علانیہ یہ بتا رہی ہے کہ سدھرنا نہیں چاہتا، اس لیے اس کی اصلاح کی کوشش میں وقت صرف کرنا وقت کا ضیاع ہے، وہ اگر نہ سُدھرنا چاہے تو نہ سُدھرے، نقصان اس کا اپنا ہوگا، داعی حق پر اس کی کوئی ذمّہ داری نہیں۔

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
