«Но вы не пожелаете этого, если этого не пожелает Аллах, Господь миров» - т.е. желание это зависит не от вас, но происходит по воле Аллаха, Господа миров. Дело не обстоит так, что кто захотел - впал в заблуждение, а кто пожелал встал на правильный путь, нет, все это зависит от воли Аллаха, Господа миров.
Суфьян Ас-Саури сказал: «Когда был ниспослан этот аят:
﴾لِمَنْشَاءَمِنْكُمْأَنْيَسْتَقِيمَ﴿ «Тем из вас, кто желает следовать прямым путем», Абу Джахль сказал: «У него есть выбор. Если мы захотим, то встанем на истинный путь, а если нет – то не встанем». После этого Аллах ниспослал следующий аят: «Но вы не пожелаете этого, если не пожелает Аллах, Господь миров».

Tafsir text may include <html> tags for formatting such as <b>,
<i>, etc.

Tafsir content may span multiple ayahs. QUL exports both the tafsir text and the ayahs it applies to.

from_ayah / to_ayah: start and end ayah keys for convenience (optional).ayah_keys: comma-separated list of all ayah keys that this tafsir covers.text: tafsir text. If blank, use the text from the group_ayah_key.
