إِنَّآ أَنذَرۡنَٰكُمۡ عَذَابٗا قَرِيبٗا يَوۡمَ يَنظُرُ ٱلۡمَرۡءُ مَا قَدَّمَتۡ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ ٱلۡكَافِرُ يَٰلَيۡتَنِي كُنتُ تُرَٰبَۢا ٤٠
[ [إِنَّا أَنْذَرْنَاكُمْ عَذَابًا قَرِيبًا ] ئێمه‌ ئاگادارمان كردوونه‌ته‌وه‌ له‌ سزایه‌كی نزیك كه‌ سزای ڕۆژی قیامه‌ته‌، له‌به‌ر ئه‌وه‌ی هه‌ر شتێك ڕووبدات نزیكه‌ [ يَوْمَ يَنْظُرُ الْمَرْءُ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ ] له‌و ڕۆژه‌دا مرۆڤ ته‌ماشا ئه‌كات بزانێ چ كرده‌وه‌ی له‌ پێش خۆیه‌وه‌ ناردووه‌ له‌ باش و خراپ هه‌مووی ئه‌بیننه‌وه‌و خوای گه‌وره‌ هه‌موویتان نیشان ئه‌دات و هیچی نافه‌وتێت {كافران ئاواته‌خوازن به‌ ئاژه‌ڵ} [ وَيَقُولُ الْكَافِرُ يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنْتُ تُرَابًا (٤٠) ] وه‌ له‌و ڕۆژه‌دا كافریش ئه‌ڵێ: خۆزگایا من خۆڵ بوومایه‌، كاتێك كه‌ ئه‌بینێ خوای گه‌وره‌ تۆڵه‌ له‌ ئاژه‌ڵی شاخدار ئه‌سه‌نێ بۆ بێ شاخ، پاشان به‌ ئاژه‌ڵه‌كان ئه‌فه‌رمووێ: ببن به‌ خۆڵ، هه‌موو ئاژه‌ڵه‌كان ئه‌بن به‌ خۆڵ له‌و ڕۆژه‌دا كه‌ كافران ئه‌بینن ئاژه‌ڵه‌كان ئه‌بن به‌ خۆڵ ئه‌ڵێن: خۆزگه‌ ئێمه‌یش خۆڵ بووینایه‌، واته‌: خۆزگه‌ ئاژه‌ڵ بووینایه‌و ئێستا ببووینایه‌ به‌ خۆڵ، واته‌: مرۆڤی كافر هه‌ر هه‌مووی ئاواته‌ خوازن به‌ ئاژه‌ڵ و ئه‌ڵێن: خۆزگه‌ ئاژه‌ڵ بووینایه‌ بۆ ئه‌وه‌ی ببووینایه‌ به‌ خۆڵ و لێپرسینه‌وه‌مان له‌گه‌ڵدا نه‌كرایه‌و به‌ره‌و دۆزه‌خ به‌ڕێ نه‌كراینایه‌، والله أعلم .

Tafsir Resource

QUL supports exporting tafsir content in both JSON and SQLite formats. Tafsir text may include <html> tags for formatting such as <b>, <i>, etc.

  • Keys in the JSON are "ayah_key" in "surah:ayah", e.g. "2:3" means 3rd ayah of Surah Al-Baqarah.
  • The value of ayah key can either be:
    • an object — this is the main tafsir group. It includes:
      • text: the tafsir content (can include HTML)
      • ayah_keys: an array of ayah keys this tafsir applies to
    • a string — this indicates the tafsir is part of a group. The string points to the ayah_key where the tafsir text can be found.

SQLite exports includes the following columns

  • ayah_key: the ayah for which this record applies.
  • group_ayah_key: the ayah key that contains the main tafsir text (used for shared tafsir).
  • from_ayah / to_ayah: start and end ayah keys for convenience (optional).
  • ayah_keys: comma-separated list of all ayah keys that this tafsir covers.
  • text: tafsir text. If blank, use the text from the group_ayah_key.
