قَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿فَلا أُقْسِمُ﴾ "لا" رَدٌّ لِكَلامِ المُشْرِكِينَ، كَأنَّهُ قِيلَ: لَيْسَ الأمْرُ كَما يَقُولُ المُشْرِكُونَ ﴿أُقْسِمُ بِما تُبْصِرُونَ﴾ ﴿وَما لا تُبْصِرُونَ﴾ وقالَ قَوْمٌ: "لا" زائِدَةٌ مُؤَكِّدَةٌ. والمَعْنى: أُقْسِمُ بِما تَرَوْنَ، وما لا تَرَوْنَ، فَأرادَ جَمِيعَ المَوْجُوداتِ. وقِيلَ: الأجْسامَ والأرْواحَ "إنَّهُ" يَعْنِي: القُرْآنَ "لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ" فِيهِ قَوْلانِ.
أحَدُهُما: مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ، قالَهُ الأكْثَرُونَ.
والثّانِي: جِبْرِيلُ، قالَهُ ابْنُ السّائِبِ، ومُقاتِلٌ. قالَ ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ: لَمْ يُرِدْ أنَّهُ قَوْلُ الرَّسُولِ، وإنَّما أرادَ أنَّهُ قَوْلُ الرَّسُولِ عَنِ اللَّهِ تَعالى، وفي الرَّسُولِ ما يَدُلُّ عَلى ذَلِكَ، فاكْتَفى بِهِ مِن أنْ يَقُولَ عَنِ اللَّهِ ﴿وَما هو بِقَوْلِ شاعِرٍ قَلِيلا ما تُؤْمِنُونَ﴾

وَقَرَأ ابْنُ كَثِيرٍ: "يُؤْمِنُونَ" "وَيَذَّكَّرُونَ" بِالياءِ فِيهِما. قالَ الزَّجّاجُ: "ما" مُؤَكِّدَةٌ، وهي لَغْوٌ في بابِ الإعْرابِ. والمَعْنى: قَلِيلًا تُؤْمِنُونَ. وقالَ غَيْرُهُ: أرادَ نَفْيَ إيمانِهِمْ أصْلًا. وقَدْ بَيَّنّا مَعْنى "الكاهِنِ" في [الطُّورِ: ٢٩] قالَ الزَّجّاجُ: وقَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿ "تَنْزِيلٌ" .﴾ مَرْفُوعٌ بِـ "هُوَ" مُضْمَرَةً يَدُلُّ عَلَيْها قَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿وَما هو بِقَوْلِ شاعِرٍ﴾ هو تَنْزِيلٌ.
