﴿إنَّهُ هو يُبْدِئُ ويُعِيدُ﴾ أيْ: هو يُبْدِيء الخَلْقَ وهو يُعِيدُهُ مِن غَيْرِ دَخْلٍ لِأحَدٍ في شَيْءٍ مِنهُما، فَفِيهِ مَزِيدُ تَقْرِيرٍ لِشِدَّتِهِ بَطْشِهِ، أوْ هو يُبْدِيء البَطْشَ بِالكَفَرَةِ في الدُّنْيا ويُعِيدُهُ في الآخِرَةِ.
