﴿ذلك بأنه كانت تأتيهم رسلهم بالبينات﴾: ذلك مبتدأ، والإشارة إلى عذابي الدنيا والآخرة، وبأنه خبر، وأن حرف ناسخ، والهاء اسمها، وجملة كانت خبرها، واسم كانت مستتر يعود على الرسل، وجملة تأتيهم خبر، ورسلهم فاعل تأتيهم، وبالبينات جار ومجرور متعلقان بتأتيهم.
﴿فقالوا أبشر يهدوننا﴾: الفاء عاطفة. وقالوا: فعل ماضٍ وفاعل، وهو معطوف على كانت. والهمزة للاستفهام الإنكاري. وبشر: مرفوع على الفاعلية بفعل مضمر يدل عليه ما بعده، فالمسألة من باب الاشتغال، والتقدير: ﴿أيهدينا بشر﴾، وجملة ﴿يهدوننا﴾ تفسيرية لا محل لها من الإعراب. وقيل أن ﴿بشر﴾: مبتدأ نكرة، ساغ الابتداء به لدخول الاستفهام عليه وجملة ﴿يهدوننا﴾ في محل رفع خبر للمبتدأ. وجملة الاستفهام في محل نصب مقول القول.
﴿فكفروا وتولوا واستغنى الله والله غني حميد﴾: الفاء عاطفة، وتفيد السببية لا التعقيب، أي فكفروا بسبب هذا القول، وتولوا عطف على فكفروا، واستغنى الله فعل وفاعل، والله مبتدأ، وغني خبر أول، وحميد خبر ثانٍ.

Tafsir text may include <html> tags for formatting such as <b>,
<i>, etc.

Tafsir content may span multiple ayahs. QUL exports both the tafsir text and the ayahs it applies to.
