قوله: {أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ الدين} : مبتدأٌ وخبرٌ. قيل: وهما ظرفان فكيف يقع أحدُ الظرفين في الآخر؟ وأُجيب: بأنه على حَذْفِ حَدَثٍ، أي: أيَّان وقوعُ يومِ، فأيَّان ظرفٌ للوقوع. وتقدَّم قراءة «إيَّان» بالكسر في الأعراف.
