﴿مَرْفُوعَةٍ﴾ قالوا [[أي المفسرون، ومنهم: يحيى بن سلام، وعبارته: مرفوعة في السماء.

وهناك قولان آخران لمعنى الآية:
أحدهما: أنها مرفوعة القدر والذكر.
والآخر: مرفوعة عن الشبه والتناقض.

وعن مقاتل قال: إنها مرفوعة فوق الماء الرابعة: "تفسير مقاتل" 229/ أ.]]: في السماء السابعة.
﴿مُطَهَّرَةٍ﴾ لا يمسها إلا المطهرون، وهم الملائكة [[وهو قول ابن زيد. "النكت والعيون" 6/ 204، وبه قال الفراء في: "معاني القرآن" 3/ 236.]]، ويجوز أن يكون المعنى القرآن، أُثبت في صحف الملائكة يقرؤونها [[غير مقروءة في (ع).]]، فتلك الصحف هي: المكرمة، المرفوعة: الرفيعة القدر. يدل على هذا المعنى،
