قَوْلُهُ تَعالى: ﴿فَلا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ المَشارِقِ والمَغارِبِ﴾
قَوْلُهُ تَعالى ﴿فَلا أُقْسِمُ﴾ ظاهِرُهُ النَّفْيُ، والحالُ أنَّهُ أقْسَمَ بِدَلِيلِ جَوابِ القَسَمِ بَعْدَهُ ﴿إنّا لَقادِرُونَ﴾ ﴿عَلى أنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِنهُمْ﴾ [المعارج: ٤٠ - ٤١]، ولِلْعُلَماءِ في مَجِيءِ ”لا“ هَذِهِ كَلامٌ كَثِيرٌ، وقَدْ فَصَّلَهُ الشَّيْخُ - رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ تَعالى عَلَيْنا وعَلَيْهِ - في دَفْعِ إيهامِ الِاضْطِرابِ في سُورَةِ ”البَلَدِ“، وسَيُطْبَعُ إنْ شاءَ اللَّهُ في نِهايَةِ هَذِهِ التَّتِمَّةِ.
وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿بِرَبِّ المَشارِقِ والمَغارِبِ﴾ [المعارج: ٤٠] فَهو اللَّهُ تَعالى رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ومَلِيكُهُ، وقَدْ نَصَّ عَلى نَظِيرِهِ في سُورَةِ ”الرَّحْمَنِ“: ﴿رَبُّ المَشْرِقَيْنِ ورَبُّ المَغْرِبَيْنِ﴾ ﴿فَبِأيِّ آلاءِ رَبِّكُما تُكَذِّبانِ﴾ [الرحمن: ١٧ - ١٨] .
وَقَدْ جُمِعَتِ ”المَشارِقُ“ هُنا، وثُنِّيَتْ في ”الرَّحْمَنِ“ وأُفْرِدَتْ في قَوْلِهِ تَعالى ﴿وَلِلَّهِ المَشْرِقُ والمَغْرِبُ﴾ [البقرة: ١١٥]، فالجَمْعُ عَلى مَشارِقِ الشَّمْسِ في السَّنَةِ لِكُلِّ يَوْمٍ مَشْرِقٌ

كَما قالَ ابْنُ عَبّاسٍ والتَّثْنِيَةُ لِمَشْرِقِ الشَّمْسِ والقَمَرِ والإفْرادُ عَلى الجِهَةِ، وسَيَأْتِي في دَفْعِ إيهامِ الِاضْطِرابِ أيْضًا.
