Tafsir Al-Tha'alibi tafsir for Surah Nuh — Ayah 3

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ أَنۡ أَنذِرۡ قَوۡمَكَ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ ١ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّي لَكُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٌ ٢ أَنِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱتَّقُوهُ وَأَطِيعُونِ ٣ يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَيُؤَخِّرۡكُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمًّىۚ إِنَّ أَجَلَ ٱللَّهِ إِذَا جَآءَ لَا يُؤَخَّرُۚ لَوۡ كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ٤

وهي مكّيّة بإجماع

قوله سبحانه: إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنا نُوحاً إِلى قَوْمِهِ أَنْ أَنْذِرْ قَوْمَكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ عَذابٌ أَلِيمٌ هذا العذابُ الذي تَوَعَّدُوا بهِ، الأظْهَرُ أنَّه عذابُ الدنيا، ويُحْتَمَلُ أنْ يكونَ عذابَ الآخرةِ.

وقوله: مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ قال قوم: «من» زائدةٌ وهذا نحوٌ كوفيٌّ، وأما الخليلُ وسيبويهِ فلا يجوزُ عندَهم زِيادَةٌ «من» في المُوجَبِ [[في د: الواجب.]] ، وقال قومٌ: هي للتبعيضِ، قال ع [[ينظر: «المحرر الوجيز» (5/ 372) .]] : وهَذَا القولُ عندي أبْيَنُ الأقوالِ هنا وذلك أنه لَوْ قَالَ: يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذنوبَكُم لَعَمَّ هذَا اللفظُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنَ الذنوبِ، ومَا تَأَخَّرَ عن إيمانِهم، والإسْلاَم إنَّما يَجُبُّ ما قبله.

وقوله سبحانه: وَيُؤَخِّرْكُمْ إِلى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى كأنّ نوحا ع قال لهم:

وآمنوا يَبِنْ لَنَا أَنَّكُمْ ممن قُضِيَ له بالإيمان والتأخيرِ، وإنْ بَقِيتُم عَلى كُفْرِكُمْ فَسَيَبينُ أنكم ممن قُضِيَ عليه بالكفرِ والمُعَاجَلَةِ، ثم تبيَّنَ هذا المعنى ولاَح بقوله تعالى: إِنَّ أَجَلَ اللَّهِ إِذا جاءَ لاَ يُؤَخَّرُ وجَوابُ لو مقدرٌ/ يقتضِيه المعنى، كأنَّه قال: فَمَا كَانَ أحْزَمَكُمْ أو أَسْرَعَكُمْ إلَى التّوبة لو كنتم تعلمون.

QUL supports exporting tafsir content in both JSON and SQLite formats. Tafsir text may include <html> tags for formatting such as <b>, <i>, etc.

  • Keys in the JSON are "ayah_key" in "surah:ayah", e.g. "2:3" means 3rd ayah of Surah Al-Baqarah.
  • The value of ayah key can either be:
    • an object — this is the main tafsir group. It includes:
      • text: the tafsir content (can include HTML)
      • ayah_keys: an array of ayah keys this tafsir applies to
    • a string — this indicates the tafsir is part of a group. The string points to the ayah_key where the tafsir text can be found.

SQLite exports includes the following columns

  • ayah_key: the ayah for which this record applies.
  • group_ayah_key: the ayah key that contains the main tafsir text (used for shared tafsir).
  • from_ayah / to_ayah: start and end ayah keys for convenience (optional).
  • ayah_keys: comma-separated list of all ayah keys that this tafsir covers.
  • text: tafsir text. If blank, use the text from the group_ayah_key.
