﴿يَا أَيهَا النَّبِي إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاك شَاهدا﴾ أَي: شَاهدا على إبلاغ الرُّسُل رِسَالَة رَبهم.
وَقَوله: ﴿وَمُبشرا﴾ أَي: بِالْجنَّةِ، وَقَوله: ﴿وَنَذِيرا﴾ أَي: من النَّار.
