يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُزَّمِّلُ ١

بِسم الله الرَّحْمَن الرَّحِيم

تَفْسِير سُورَة المزمل

وَهِي مَكِّيَّة.

وَعند بَعضهم هِيَ مَكِّيَّة إِلَّا قَوْله تَعَالَى: ﴿إِن رَبك يعلم أَنَّك تقوم أدنى من ثُلثي اللَّيْل﴾ إِلَى آخر السُّورَة.

قَوْله تَعَالَى: ﴿يَا أَيهَا المزمل﴾ مَعْنَاهُ: يَا أَيهَا المتزمل، أدغمت التَّاء فِي الزَّاي، وَمثله قَوْله تَعَالَى: ﴿يَا أَيهَا المدثر﴾ أَي: يَا أَيهَا المتدثر، أدغمت التَّاء فِي الدَّال.

قَالَ ابْن عَبَّاس: لما تراء لَهُ جِبْرِيل - صلوَات الله عَلَيْهِ - فِي ابْتِدَاء الْوَحْي فرق مِنْهُ فرقا شَدِيدا، فَرجع إِلَى بَيته وتزمل بثيابه؛ فَأنْزل الله تَعَالَى قَوْله: ﴿يَا أَيهَا المزمل﴾ ثمَّ إِن جِبْرِيل - عَليّ السَّلَام - أَكثر الْمَجِيء إِلَيْهِ حَتَّى أنس.

قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيم النَّخعِيّ: وَكَانَ متزملا فِي قطيفة.

وَعَن الضَّحَّاك فِي قَوْله: ﴿يَا أَيهَا المزمل﴾ يَا أَيهَا النَّائِم.

وَفِي بعض الرِّوَايَات أَن جِبْرِيل - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام - جَاءَ إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ نَائِم، فَقَالَ: يَا أَيهَا المزمل - أَي النَّائِم - قُم، وَاتخذ لنَفسك ظلا يَوْم لَا ظلّ إِلَّا ظله.

وَفِي بعض التفاسير عَن عِكْرِمَة: ﴿يَا أَيهَا المزمل﴾ يَا أَيهَا المتزمل بِالنُّبُوَّةِ.

وَهُوَ غَرِيب.

وَأنْشد فِي المزمل:

(كَأَن ثبيرا فِي عرانين وبلة ... كَبِير أنَاس فِي بجاد مزمل) .

وَقُرِئَ فِي الشاذ: " يَا أَيهَا المزمل ".

  • Keys in the JSON are "ayah_key" in "surah:ayah", e.g. "2:3" means 3rd ayah of Surah Al-Baqarah.
  • The value of ayah key can either be:
    • an object — this is the main tafsir group. It includes:
      • text: the tafsir content (can include HTML)
      • ayah_keys: an array of ayah keys this tafsir applies to
    • a string — this indicates the tafsir is part of a group. The string points to the ayah_key where the tafsir text can be found.

SQLite exports includes the following columns

  • ayah_key: the ayah for which this record applies.
  • group_ayah_key: the ayah key that contains the main tafsir text (used for shared tafsir).
  • from_ayah / to_ayah: start and end ayah keys for convenience (optional).
  • ayah_keys: comma-separated list of all ayah keys that this tafsir covers.
  • text: tafsir text. If blank, use the text from the group_ayah_key.
