إِلَّا
Except
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
ءَامَنُوا۟
believe
وَعَمِلُوا۟
and do
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
righteous deeds
وَتَوَاصَوْا۟
and enjoin (each other)
بِٱلْحَقِّ
to the truth
وَتَوَاصَوْا۟
and enjoin (each other)
بِٱلصَّبْرِ
to [the] patience
