إِلَى

ٱللَّهِ

Allah

وَرَسُولِهِۦ

and His Messenger

لِيَحْكُمَ

to judge

بَيْنَهُمْ

between them

إِذَا

behold

فَرِيقٌ

a party

مِّنْهُم

of them

مُّعْرِضُونَ

(is) averse
