إِنَّمَا

Only

كَانَ

is

قَوْلَ

(the) statement

ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

(of) the believers

إِذَا

when

دُعُوٓا۟

they are called

إِلَى

to

ٱللَّهِ

Allah

وَرَسُولِهِۦ

and His Messenger

لِيَحْكُمَ

to judge

بَيْنَهُمْ

between them

أَن

(is) that

يَقُولُوا۟

they say

سَمِعْنَا

We hear

وَأَطَعْنَا

and we obey

وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

And those

هُمُ

[they]

ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ

(are) the successful
