أَلَمْ
Do you not
تَرَ
see
إِلَىٰ

رَبِّكَ
your Lord
كَيْفَ
how
مَدَّ
He extends
ٱلظِّلَّ
the shadow
وَلَوْ
And if
شَآءَ
He willed
لَجَعَلَهُۥ
surely He (could) have made it
سَاكِنًا
stationary
ثُمَّ
Then
جَعَلْنَا
We made
ٱلشَّمْسَ
the sun
عَلَيْهِ
for it
دَلِيلًا
an indication
