وَهُوَ

And He

ٱلَّذِى

(is) the One Who

خَلَقَ

has created

مِنَ

from

ٱلْمَآءِ

the water

بَشَرًا

human being

فَجَعَلَهُۥ

and has made (for) him

نَسَبًا

blood relationship

وَصِهْرًا

and marriage relationship

وَكَانَ

And is

رَبُّكَ

your Lord

قَدِيرًا

All-Powerful
