وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

إِذَآ

when

أَنفَقُوا۟

they spend

لَمْ

(are) not extravagant

يُسْرِفُوا۟

(are) not extravagant

وَلَمْ

and are not stingy

يَقْتُرُوا۟

and are not stingy

وَكَانَ

but are

بَيْنَ

between

ذَٰلِكَ

that

قَوَامًا

moderate
