نَّشَأْ

We will

نُنَزِّلْ

We can send down

عَلَيْهِم

to them

مِّنَ

from

ٱلسَّمَآءِ

the sky

ءَايَةً

a Sign

فَظَلَّتْ

so would bend

أَعْنَٰقُهُمْ

their necks

لَهَا

to it

خَٰضِعِينَ

(in) humility
