قَالَتْ
She said
إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱلْمُلُوكَ
the kings
إِذَا
when
دَخَلُوا۟
they enter
قَرْيَةً
a town
أَفْسَدُوهَا
they ruin it
وَجَعَلُوٓا۟
and make
أَعِزَّةَ
(the) most honorable
أَهْلِهَآ
(of) its people
أَذِلَّةً
(the) lowest
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
And thus
يَفْعَلُونَ
they do
