وَقَعَ

ٱلْقَوْلُ

دَآبَّةً

ٱلْأَرْضِ

تُكَلِّمُهُمْ
speaking to them
أَنَّ

ٱلنَّاسَ
the people
كَانُوا۟
were
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
of Our Signs
لَا
not
يُوقِنُونَ
