فَلَمَّا

But when

جَآءَهُم

came to them

مُّوسَىٰ

Musa

بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا

with Our Signs

بَيِّنَٰتٍ

clear

قَالُوا۟

they said

مَا

Not

هَٰذَآ

(is) this

إِلَّا

except

سِحْرٌ

a magic

مُّفْتَرًى

invented

وَمَا

and not

سَمِعْنَا

we heard

بِهَٰذَا

of this

فِىٓ

among

ءَابَآئِنَا

our forefathers

ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
