And not

بِجَانِبِ

on (the) side

ٱلْغَرْبِىِّ

western

إِذْ

قَضَيْنَآ

We decreed

إِلَىٰ

to

مُوسَى

Musa

ٱلْأَمْرَ

the Commandment

وَمَا

and not

كُنتَ

you were

مِنَ

among

ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ

the witnesses
