وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

كَفَرُوا۟

disbelieve

بِـَٔايَٰتِ

in (the) Signs

ٱللَّهِ

(of) Allah

وَلِقَآئِهِۦٓ

and (the) meeting (with) Him

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

those

يَئِسُوا۟

(have) despaired

مِن

of

رَّحْمَتِى

My Mercy

وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

And those

لَهُمْ

for them

عَذَابٌ

(is) a punishment

أَلِيمٌ

painful
