يَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ

They ask you to hasten

بِٱلْعَذَابِ

the punishment

وَإِنَّ

And indeed

جَهَنَّمَ

Hell

لَمُحِيطَةٌۢ

will surely,encompass

بِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

the disbelievers
