سِنِينَ

years

لِلَّهِ

For Allah

ٱلْأَمْرُ

(is) the command

مِن

before

قَبْلُ

before

وَمِنۢ

and after

بَعْدُ

and after

وَيَوْمَئِذٍ

And that day

يَفْرَحُ

will rejoice

ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

the believers
