مَن

Whoever

كَفَرَ

disbelieves

فَعَلَيْهِ

then against him

كُفْرُهُۥ

(is) his disbelief

وَمَنْ

And whoever

عَمِلَ

does

صَٰلِحًا

righteousness

فَلِأَنفُسِهِمْ

then for themselves

يَمْهَدُونَ

they are preparing
