ٱللَّهُ
Allah
ٱلَّذِى
(is) the One Who
يُرْسِلُ
sends
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
the winds
فَتُثِيرُ
so they raise
سَحَابًا
(the) clouds
فَيَبْسُطُهُۥ
then He spreads them
فِى
in
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
the sky
كَيْفَ
how
يَشَآءُ
He wills
وَيَجْعَلُهُۥ
and He makes them
كِسَفًا
fragments
فَتَرَى
so you see
ٱلْوَدْقَ
the rain
يَخْرُجُ
coming forth
مِنْ
from
خِلَٰلِهِۦ
their midst
فَإِذَآ
Then when
أَصَابَ
He causes it to fall on
بِهِۦ
He causes it to fall on
مَن
whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
مِنْ
of
عِبَادِهِۦٓ
His slaves
إِذَا
behold
هُمْ
They
يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
rejoice
