ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ

make the dead hear

وَلَا

and not

تُسْمِعُ

make the deaf hear

ٱلصُّمَّ

make the deaf hear

ٱلدُّعَآءَ

the call

إِذَا

when

وَلَّوْا۟

they turn

مُدْبِرِينَ

retreating
