تُرْجِى

You may defer

مَن

whom

تَشَآءُ

you will

مِنْهُنَّ

of them

وَتُـْٔوِىٓ

or you may take

إِلَيْكَ

to yourself

مَن

whom

تَشَآءُ

you will

وَمَنِ

And whoever

ٱبْتَغَيْتَ

you desire

مِمَّنْ

of those whom

عَزَلْتَ

you (had) set aside

فَلَا

then (there is) no

جُنَاحَ

blame

عَلَيْكَ

upon you

ذَٰلِكَ

That

أَدْنَىٰٓ

(is) more suitable

أَن

that

تَقَرَّ

may be cooled

أَعْيُنُهُنَّ

their eyes

وَلَا

and not

يَحْزَنَّ

they grieve

وَيَرْضَيْنَ

and they may be pleased

بِمَآ

with what

ءَاتَيْتَهُنَّ

you have given them

كُلُّهُنَّ

all of them

وَٱللَّهُ

And Allah

يَعْلَمُ

knows

مَا

what

فِى

(is) in

قُلُوبِكُمْ

your hearts

وَكَانَ

And Allah is

ٱللَّهُ

And Allah is

عَلِيمًا

All-Knower

حَلِيمًا

Most Forbearing
