لَّئِن

لَّمْ

يَنتَهِ

cease

ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ

the hypocrites

وَٱلَّذِينَ

and those who

فِى

قُلُوبِهِم

their hearts

مَّرَضٌ

(is) a disease

وَٱلْمُرْجِفُونَ

and those who spread rumors

فِى

ٱلْمَدِينَةِ

the city

لَنُغْرِيَنَّكَ

We will let you overpower them

بِهِمْ

We will let you overpower them

ثُمَّ

then

لَا

not

يُجَاوِرُونَكَ

they will remain your neighbors

فِيهَآ

therein

إِلَّا

except

قَلِيلًا

(for) a little
