سُلْطَٰنٍ
authority
إِلَّا
except
لِنَعْلَمَ
that We (might) make evident
مَن
who
يُؤْمِنُ
believes
بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
in the Hereafter
مِمَّنْ
from (one) who
هُوَ
[he]
مِنْهَا
about it
فِى
(is) in
شَكٍّ
doubt
وَرَبُّكَ
And your Lord
عَلَىٰ
over
كُلِّ
all
شَىْءٍ
things
حَفِيظٌ
(is) a Guardian
