وَقَالَ
And will say
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
ٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟
were oppressed
لِلَّذِينَ
to those who
ٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟
were arrogant
بَلْ
Nay
مَكْرُ
(it was) a plot
ٱلَّيْلِ
(by) night
وَٱلنَّهَارِ
and (by) day
إِذْ
when
تَأْمُرُونَنَآ
you were ordering us
أَن
that
نَّكْفُرَ
we disbelieve
بِٱللَّهِ
in Allah
وَنَجْعَلَ
and we set up
لَهُۥٓ
for Him
أَندَادًا
equals
وَأَسَرُّوا۟
But they will conceal
ٱلنَّدَامَةَ
the regret
لَمَّا
when
رَأَوُا۟
they see
ٱلْعَذَابَ
the punishment
وَجَعَلْنَا
And We will put
ٱلْأَغْلَٰلَ
shackles
فِىٓ
on
أَعْنَاقِ
(the) necks
ٱلَّذِينَ
(of) those who
كَفَرُوا۟
disbelieved
هَلْ
Will
يُجْزَوْنَ
they be recompensed
إِلَّا
except
مَا
(for) what
كَانُوا۟
they used to
يَعْمَلُونَ
do
